Grizzly gains his moniker from none other than the great American Grizzly Bear. Discovered by Lewis and Clarke on their expedition, and thusly named grisley, for its golden and gray hair were fear inspiring.

The bear itself was later classified in 1815 as Ursus Horribilis, named more so for its terrifying nature.

Our Grizzly Hall is most assuredly grisley in his bearded appearance, put his soft nature is far from terrifying. Hard working, and true, the only time this Grizzly unleashes his fury is when he’s protecting the plate, as home and family, is where the heart is, and this Grizzly’s heart is unquestionable.
